Hi All,

 

It is that time of year where Trade Finance undertake our annual charitable walk. Being the hard and dedicated workers that we are, we will be walking from Bondi to Coogee with all proceeds going to the wonderful people at Childrens Cancer Insitute of Australia.

 

As a bit of background, The Children’s Cancer institute of Australia [CCIA] opened its research laboratories in 1984. Since then, the CCIA has grown to employ more than 150 staff and has established an international reputation for scientific excellence. Prior to the 1960s, childhood cancer was almost always fatal. Today, as a result of enormous advances in medical research, the survival rate has risen to 70 per cent. However to this day, three out of every ten children with cancer do not survive. These are the children that CCIA strives to save.

 

Being an annual walk, some team members may need the exercise more than others and we would like you all to support our endeavours through any donation you can spare.  We will be completing the walk on the 23rd of December so please donate away!
